“Simply put, our family would not be living in our amazing home had it not been for Danielle and her team. Everyone I tell our home buying story to echoes the same sentiment: that it was pretty miraculous especially given today’s market. We decided we wanted to start looking for a home in a highly desired school district on a Tuesday, saw our home hit the market Wednesday, Danielle got us in immediately to see it and we were under contract by Thursday - with a VA loan, beating a cash offer. Danielle was so quick to respond and get us answers throughout the whole process. She fought hard to get us under contract quickly and then to get us to the closing table. Our VA loan and appraisal had predications requiring repairs that the seller just didn’t want to bother with. But Danielle would not take no for an answer and pushed the seller and her agent to consider some creative options to get the deal closed. Her connections with electricians, construction companies, lenders etc. is invaluable. You can tell she has spent a lot of time and energy building relationships with all the right people so that as a buyer and her client you know things will get done. We had repairs made to the basement, electrical work done and painting and STILL closed in 30 days. Danielle is a bulldog. You want her to be the one helping you get into a home in todays market. I can’t thank her enough for all she did to make our home a reality.”

She came highly recommended to me and after my quite unusual sales experience I can more than understand why. When I first meet Danielle she was everything I wanted in a realtor! She even maintained her amazing attitude about selling my house after being warned about the “black cloud” following me around. Little did I know that with each setback she would become my rock in this process. Even during 'off' times of our search she always responded immediately when we had questions and sent us listings that we might be interested in.
