“Everyone in today's world knows a real estate agent and they all want to help you sell/buy a house. We chose Tiffany Ludwig as she helped my son find his home 2 years ago in the crazy market and she showed what kind of person she is. She truly cares for the individual and wants to help them find exactly what they are looking for and will do whatever is in her power to see that they get what they want. Even after the sale, she continues to help when she came across some furniture that she thought my son could use. People don't realize the countless hours she puts in. I can't thank her enough for all her help with suggestions on what improvements we should do, and what we shouldn't waste our time and money on. All the times she stopped by to check on our progress and help with any information she could. She has countless contacts that help out in a pinch when you accidently break a window cleaning it and getting someone last minute to replace without costing a fortune. “Tracy made the home buying process feel natural. She did not rush into anything and actually wanted to wait before acting on anything. Her number one rule remained constant throughout the entire search process; value. She highly recommends touring at least 10 houses to ensure you exactly know what you're looking for. It took me at least 15 months including 40 homes and 5+ offers to finally settle in a newer home nestled in Maryland Heights. I'm glad I stuck around through until the end. I definitely got the best value and got my offer accepted 25k under asking too. Did not think I could score half these amenities given the area and location. I could not be happier!”

We always knew exactly what the next steps were, what was happening and why, and what we needed to do. Tracy, in particular, was very clear about pricing strategy and very specific about the goals and objectives of the strategy. It's effectiveness was borne out by the results which matched the desired outcomes exactly. Amber's communication as we approached both closings was very proactive and specific and ensured we had plenty of time to meet all of our closing obligations. Early in the process we had some interactions with an agent from a competing firm. By comparison to that agent, we can't begin to describe the differences in approach, service, professionalism, that Tracy and Amber displayed.
