“it was very easy going, leah had everything handled from the get go. something i really appreciated was there was a hiccup when getting an easement on the property. leah informed me of the hiccup and told me “don’t worry this is what i do!” sure enough the next day i got a call and she had what we needed. she’s the bomb!!!”

“If you are in need of a realtor, please check out Leah Petras. Let me tell you, she is the one you want in your corner as you sell and buy a new home! This is the fourth home my family has sold with her and she makes it as smooth as possible. Even when things go crazy, like I don’t know the sellers of your new home sells the fridge the day before you close even though it was in your contract. Or your buyers tell you that you must fix a missing outlet cover and clean the bathrooms and kitchen including the cabinets. I really wanted to put a dollar on the counter for the outlet. But throughout all of the process Leah had our backs and is so knowledgeable about everything real estate related. For real call The Petras Team with Fox and Riley Real Estate for a great realtor!
