“If you are in need of a realtor, please check out Leah Petras. Let me tell you, she is the one you want in your corner as you sell and buy a new home! This is the fourth home my family has sold with her and she makes it as smooth as possible. Even when things go crazy, like I don’t know the sellers of your new home sells the fridge the day before you close even though it was in your contract. Or your buyers tell you that you must fix a missing outlet cover and clean the bathrooms and kitchen including the cabinets. I really wanted to put a dollar on the counter for the outlet.
