Exterior of the home needs siding, soffit and fascia, gutter, deck or porch on the front and deck rehab on the upper and walkout basement levels. There is still construction cleanup that will be needed. Inside is gutted with the framing complete or mostly complete on the main level. There is still some framing to be completed in the basement but is mostly done. The rough plumbing has been completed with pex. HVAC plumbing is complete or mostly complete but the units will need to be purchased and installed. The electrical work has not been completed and will require full completion. Insulation, Sheetrock and all finishes will need to be complete.
