RARE OPPORTUNITY to own a part of history on Route 66!! The Ritz Theatre in Baxter Springs KS has all the charm and historical feels with endless possibilities. The Ritz opened in 1926, making it one of the oldest theaters in Kansas. Although it had closed down for several years, it was renovated and reopened in 2018 showing the first flick since 1956. Seating up to 200, the last showing was only a couple of years ago. Within the walls the laughter and memories are felt as well as aroma of popcorn, nachos and candy.
