“From a homeowners perspective, I think it would be proper for the agent to be able to communicate with inspectors, title people, and other persons who are involved in the selling process without the seller being the \middle man\'. I was contacted many times about quite pertinent professional information that I did not know the answers to I had to contact my agent or other people then contact my agent or the original person back again. It would be nice if all the persons involved in the sale could exchange communication information with each other to \'cut the chase for the seller\' and then not involve the seller who does not know these pertinent professional information or procedures. \r\n\r\nMy \'Satisfied\' answers above were marked such because of my comments above. At this juncture I am not pointing my finger at my agent because I am not sure if there is protocol in print or processes laid out to follow. I express my opinion because it would certainly facilitate the process for everyone involved especially the seller.'”
